Nathan Oakes, Senior Pastor

Pastor Nathan Oakes was born 1963 in Indianapolis, IN. At the age of 9 he moved with his family to Allen County, KY. July of 1983 he married Michele Wagoner Oakes. After years of drug and alcohol abuse, Pastor Nathan gave his life to the Lord at Maple Grove Church in 1983. God restored his life and marriage and a short time later Pastor Nathan announced his call to preach God’s word. He attended Emmanuel Bible College in Nashville, TN; served as Associate Pastor at New Hope Church in Westmoreland, TN for 2 ½ years and then the Pastor of Friendship Church in Alvaton, KY for 2 years. In 1993 Pastor Nathan became the founding Pastor of Victory Hill Church. His passion is to share the Word of God and to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. Pastor Nathan, his wife Michele, daughter Ashley, and son Colton currently reside in Allen County. July of 2010 he gave Ashley away to be wedded to Ryne Towe. Nathan has two granddaughters.

Trey Harper, Associate Pastor

Trey Harper was born in 1983 and grew up in Allen County, Kentucky. Trey was saved and baptized at the age of 7. At the age of 18 Trey received his call to the ministry. He graduated from Allen County-Scottsville High School in 2001. He graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2005 with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. In 2010 he received his Masters Degree in School Counseling from WKU. Trey is currently the guidance counselor at Highland Elementary in Glasgow, Kentucky.Trey served as the Associate Pastor at Pleasant Ridge Church in Adolphus, KY for two years before coming to Victory Hill to serve as the College Pastor. In 2006, Trey married his wife Mallory. Together, they pastored Victory Kids from 2010 until early 2012. They served together in the VH youth ministry Unashamed from 2012 until 2015. They have 5 children. The Harper Family resides in Allen County.

Brian Michael O'Callaghan, Worship Pastor

Brian-Michael O’Callaghan was born June 6, 1987, in Fort Myers, Florida to Brian and Marti O’Callaghan. He’s the grandson of Bobby Calvert, Pastor of Sonshine Worship Center in Fort Myers. Being raised in church, he was saved and baptized at the age of eight. The following year his family moved to Bowling Green, Kentucky where he currently resides.

Brian-Michael started playing piano at twelve years of age. At thirteen he started singing and playing in church and entered a full-time position at Victory Hill Church as Worship Pastor at the age of nineteen.

Conferences, youth camps and revivals in multiple states splash his calendar. Brian also enjoys doing charitable and community events when time permits. Brian and his wife Katie were married in January 2012.They have a son and a daughter.

Brian Michael’s most recent recording projects are “Take You Through The Fire” and “Turn The Tide”.

Mason Harris, Student Pastor

Mason gave his heart to the Lord at a young age, but later on rededicated his life and starting taking his faith more seriously. He announced his call to preach at the age of 15. He and his family started attending Victory Hill in 2010 and he became very involved with youth ministry. Mason is a 2013 graduate of Victory Christian Academy. He and his wife Lauren, married in 2014. Mason became the Student Pastor in August of 2015. He and Lauren have a passion for working with students and seeing them become fully devoted followers of Christ. The couple resides in Allen County and have a daughter.

Michael & Beth Page, Children's Pastors

These high school sweethearts have been the Victory Kids Pastors since June of 2012. Both were saved in the early 90's. They were married in September of 2001 and have 2 daughters and 2 sons. Michael and Beth's passion is for all children to know Christ. It is their desire that every child who walks through the door of Victory Kids to know love and acceptance.

Larry & Amy Payne, First Impressions Pastors

Larry and Amy were both born and raised in Bowling Green, KY. They married in 1990 and moved to Allen County shortly thereafter. Thier number one priority is to love and serve others. Amy has a calling on her life to minister to those in need of recovery. She leads our recovery small group that ministers to people dealing with addiction. Larry and Amy enjoy spending time on the lake fishing with friends and family. They have 3 sons, a daugther, and 6 grandsons (one of which has gone to be with Jesus).

Katie O'Callaghan, Dream Team Pastor

Katie was born August 7th of 1990 and grew up in Allen County. She graduated High school in 2009 from ACS-HS. She then graduated from WKU in 2013 to earn a bachelors degree in management. Katie is currently working in Human Resources Dept. at Evine in Bowling Green, KY. Katie was saved at age 12 and baptized. Katie loves spending time with her husband, Brian Michael O'Callaghan and their two children, Lillian and Lane.

Jeramy & Shelbye Black, Small Groups Pastors

Jeramy and Shelbye joined Victory Hill in the spring of 2016 and accepted the role of Small Groups Pastors in 2018. Shortly after joining VHC, they became actively involved in a small group and quickly realized the vital role that the small groups ministry plays in the church. As the Small Groups Pastors, they feel led to help others make those same connections and form the relationships that small groups offer. They look forward to working with the ministry team to contribute to the growth of VHC and the small groups ministry. Both Jeramy and Shelbye accepted Jesus as their Savior and were baptized over 25 years ago. They were married in Bowling Green in April 2003 and have two sons, Peyton and Mason.

Mallory Harper, Office Manager

Mallory is a 2002 graduate of Victory Christian Academy and a 2007 graduate of Western Kentucky University. She was saved at the age of 8 at Friendship Community Church in Alvaton, KY. Mallory was one of the founding members of Victory Hill in 1993. She is married to our Associate Pastor, Trey Harper. They have 5 children and reside in Allen County.
